I have tried to read more this summer, but my brain has been uncooperative, preferring word puzzles on my phone while listening to true crime podcasts. I will add these to my TBR list that only keeps on growing. I would say that thematically, it goes perfectly for Mary's corner of the world. Thank you for sharing.

I also really liked Nothing to See Here and Foster. Nothing to See Here was lighter and more playful than what I usually read and I appreciated the brevity and character development in Foster.

I would recommend Andrea’s Substack. I also like Sowing Words, Writing in Company and the Rhizosphere. I’m biased as all those people are POP readers, but their content is great and I think you would dig it. Don’t be so hard on yourself about reading. There’s a season for all things.
