I also have a 10 month old puppy that switches between being pure joy and absolute destruction. I also in a moment of insanity yesterday, briefly considered getting another puppy to entertain said first puppy. It was thankfully just a flash of insanity that passed quickly, considering how dangerous it would be to really think about this since I volunteer at our local shelter and have access to many many puppies who need homes 🤪
The art of saying NO is an underestimated capacity, but if we want to be able to say YES, it's mandatory that we manage them both, I think. Congrats that you managed to stand firm, we have to when our sanity is at stake, right! Maria
